The WW&F: Humason Brook TrestleHumason Brook Trestle was the last remaining original trestle on the WW&F's right-of-way. As can be seen from some of the pictures below, the trestle still stood in 2001 but was quite fragile. The structure was replaced as a US Marine Corps reservist exercise in the summer of 2001, and track was laid over it in the fall. Regular trains began running over it late in 2002.

| The trestle was replaced in August 2001 by USMC Marine Wing Support Squadron 472, Detachment B (the "Pros From Detriot") with a structure closely replicating the original bridge, using timbers taken off of the standard gauge Wiscasset Trestle a few years earlier.
